The ballot results for proposed changes to the SCBC By-Laws were inconclusive due to the fact that not enough ballots were returned to reach the required threshold, according to the By-Laws. Submission or ballots from those members who have not yet voted are still being accepted. Please vote by February 15th. In the early days, Skippers' Cove was referred to as the "Venice of the Sea" in sales literature (see history section). Today, Skippers' Cove continues to be paradise located along the famous "Jersey Shore".
Skippers' Cove is a friendly and intimate community of 240 homes and is the best kept secret on the Jersey shore. There is a lot of information about this community, the events, our history and our community members contained within this site. We hope you find this informative and useful. This is a deed restricted community and as such there is a mandatory membership fee that is paid annually.
Each November the board presents the basis for fee and the membership vote to approve. The annual fees
are currently (2020) dues are $225 per year.
You'll share in the ownership of the Clubhouse, Beach Property, Marina, and all other common areas.

Beach Club rental is open to members of Skippers' Cove or their families. Please complete Rental Form by clicking on "Download Rental Form" below. Rentals require 4 weeks notification and are subject to availability.
